Pay: $35–$40/hr (Depending on Experience) + Overtime

What You'll Do

• Site development design
• Water & sewer utility design
• Street & pedestrian facilities design
• Drainage facilities & erosion stabilization design
• Hydrology & hydraulic modeling
• Environmental permitting
• Construction inspection & contract admin support
• Materials testing & inspection
• Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, planners, and clients to bring projects from concept to completion

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering (ABET accredited)
• EIT certification (or ability to obtain within a year)
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency or willingness to learn AutoCAD Civil 3D, EPANET, HEC-RAS, and MS Office
• Clear communication and a collaborative mindset
• Valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Comfortable visiting job sites and working outdoors
• Willingness to occasionally travel to remote work sites throughout Southeast Alaska by small airplane or ferry.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
