Real Estate Closings Assistant

Join a respected legal team supporting real estate transactions across Ohio, West Virginia, and Kentucky!

Manpower is seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Closing Assistant with experience in real estate closings to support our growing practice. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple transactions while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. This client may be open to someone who has limited experience in this field. But a drive to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Open and maintain real estate closing files
• Schedule real estate closings and coordinate with clients, lenders, Realtors, and other transaction parties
• Collect, track, and distribute documents required for closings
• Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls and inquiries
• Order and monitor all information and documentation needed for closing transactions
• Prepare HUD Settlement Statements and Closing Disclosures
• Balance Closing Disclosures with lenders
• Prepare closing documents for execution
• Prepare title insurance commitments and policies
• Disburse closing funds accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client and transaction information

Qualifications Required:

• Experience handling real estate closings strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office. Especially Microsoft Word
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
