AI Product Lead

We are seeking an innovative AI Product Lead to drive the adoption of artificial intelligence solutions across a growing enterprise environment. Responsibilities Identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve business outcomes. Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and strategic objectives. Evaluate potential AI use cases based on business value, technical feasibility, and implementation considerations. Develop proofs of concept and prototypes to validate ideas and demonstrate value. Translate business needs into actionable product and technology initiatives. Collaborate with technical teams to support solution design, development, and deployment. Lead discovery sessions and workshops to uncover efficiency and innovation opportunities. Stay informed on emerging AI capabilities and recommend practical applications. Build stakeholder alignment and support for strategic initiatives. Establish repeatable frameworks for evaluating and prioritizing AI opportunities. Measure outcomes and continuously improve solutions based on feedback and performance data. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in product management, strategy, consulting, innovation, transformation, or related disciplines. Experience working with AI, Generative AI, machine learning, automation, or related technologies. Strong understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and practical business applications. Experience developing business cases and evaluating operational impact. Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives in ambiguous environments. Experience collaborating with technical and non‑technical teams. Track record of delivering measurable business outcomes. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting enterprise technology transformation initiatives. Exposure to AI‑enabled products, automation platforms, or intelligent workflow solutions. Familiarity with emerging AI tools, agent‑based systems, and productivity technologies. Experience in process optimization and operational improvement programs.
