As a Maintenance Technician, you'll have the ability to effect real change for the residents of our communities. You'll work collaboratively with an eager staff to achieve and exceed goals. Our Maintenance Technicians must have a collaborative working style and must have the ability to clearly organize a high volume of work orders. All team members must exhibit confidence and humility, strong decision making skills and excellent listening skills, and finally must help cultivate a positive atmosphere with the staff you work with.

Technicians must possess general knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electric, construction, and grounds maintenance. All maintenance staff members must have a basic set of tools, an active cell phone, a reliable vehicle, and a positive attitude in everything they do. This position requires 24 hour on-call responsibilities on a rotating schedule which is shared across our entire maintenance team. 
The Team Member will be aware of and always operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) Standards and company safety policies and procedures. Regular work hours are 8:30-5:00, Monday thru Friday, with the ability to work after 5:00pm on high volume days required. All employees must be able to pass a criminal background check.
