Our integrated care model allows medical, behavioral health, dental, and support teams to work together to help patients live healthier lives.What You'll DoAs a Physician Assistant, you will provide primary and preventive healthcare services in a clinic-based setting. You will work collaboratively with physicians, providers, nursing, behavioral health, dental, care management, and other team members to support patient-centered outcomes.Key responsibilities include:Provide primary and preventive care for patients.Perform exams, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning.Diagnose and treat acute and chronic health conditions.Prescribe medications and treatment regimens within scope of practice.Order, review, and follow up on labs, imaging, x-rays, EKGs, and other diagnostic testing.Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, prevention, and wellness.Complete accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.Perform routine in-office procedures within training, competency, and scope.Treat minor injuries, including suturing, splinting, and casting as appropriate.Recognize and triage urgent or emergent medical concerns.Collaborate with the care team to support whole-person, coordinated care.Participate in quality improvement and support established clinical protocols.Assist with flexible coverage as needed to support patient care and clinic operations.What We're Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is clinically skilled, dependable, and committed to compassionate patient care.
