• Call Requirements: yes 2 hours for the oncoming shift


Scheduling Expectations: The traveler acknowledges that work schedules are determined based on the operational needs of the department. The assignment includes working every other weekend and participating in the call rotation (approximately one call shift per month, or as required by the department).
• Years of Experience: 3+
• Float Requirements: as RRT , some NICU/PICU. acute care pediatrics and ED required as well as adult acute and critical care


Education & Certifications Required:

BLS required, ACLS preferred, NRP for NICU


RRT required

Unit Information:
• Number of Beds: varied depending on daily assignments, cover entire facility with a team of 14-16 RRT
• Patient Ratios: acute 1:25, critical 1:8
• Equipment: vernts: Drager V500 and VN500, Hamilton T1 and C1, respironics V30, V60, Trilogy line, Airvo, Vapotherm
• EMR: EPIC


Hiring Profile:
• Must Have Skills/Experience: tertiary, teaching hospital experience, level 1 trauma
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: NICU/PICU Caridothoracic
• Type of Patients on Unit: varied
• Personality Fit: flexible, team player, great communication skills

While reasonable scheduling preferences may be considered, only approved requested time off (RTO) documented in the contract is guaranteed. The facility cannot guarantee additional schedule requests, specific shifts, weekends off, or time off outside of the approved contractual RTO.
