Assist clients via one-on-one tax interviews and answer questions from walk-ins. Proactively engage with Walmart customers and employees. Complete tax preparation training, and demonstrate a willingness to learn. Utilize basic computer skills. Be supported by exceptional leadership and knowledgeable tax preparers, ensuring you are never alone.
