We are currently seeking experienced Behavioral Health / Psych RNs to support adult inpatient treatment programs, including:
- Crisis Response (near 7th Ave & Buckeye)
- Detox & Recovery (near 35th Ave & McDowell)
This is a great opportunity for nurses who want:
- Flexible, PRN/per diem scheduling
- The ability to pick up 12-hour AM or PM shifts
- Exposure to a variety of behavioral health settings
- Meaningful work supporting individuals in crisis and recovery
- Provide direct patient care in behavioral health and substance use treatment settings
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions
- Administer medications and follow treatment plans
- Support patients experiencing psychiatric crises or withdrawal symptoms
- Use de-escalation techniques to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes
- Active Arizona RN license (or compact license)
- Experience in behavioral health, psych, detox, or acute care preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to respond in high-acuity situations
- Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented approach
To be eligible for placement, candidates must have or complete:
- BLS/CPR certification (required)
- CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification (required)
- TB test or chest X-ray clearance
- Completion of assigned Relias training modules
- Background check and drug screen
- Pay starting at $45/hour
