Shifts: 12-hour AM or PM (based on your availability)

We are currently seeking experienced Behavioral Health / Psych RNs to support adult inpatient treatment programs, including:

Crisis Response (near 7th Ave & Buckeye)
Detox & Recovery (near 35th Ave & McDowell)

What You'll Do

Provide direct patient care in behavioral health and substance use treatment settings
Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions
Administer medications and follow treatment plans
Support patients experiencing psychiatric crises or withdrawal symptoms
Use de-escalation techniques to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes

What We're Looking For

Active Arizona RN license (or compact license)
Experience in behavioral health, psych, detox, or acute care preferred
Strong clinical judgment and ability to respond in high-acuity situations
Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented approach

Requirements (Compliance)

To be eligible for placement, candidates must have or complete:

BLS/CPR certification (required)
CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification (required)
TB test or chest X-ray clearance
Completion of assigned Relias training modules
Background check and drug screen
