Responsibilities
- Lead analysis and integration of clinical, translational, and preclinical data from cell therapy trials and experiments
- Analyze high-throughput datasets to guide cell therapy pipeline development across all stages
- Develop collaborations with bioinformaticians, statisticians, biologists, and clinicians on computational analyses
- Formulate and execute analysis plans to address key program questions independently
- Establish strong working relationships across and within the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 7+ years experience, or Master's with 5+ years, or PhD with 2+ years
- PhD in bioinformatics, molecular biology, statistics, physics, genetics, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in R or Python for complex data analysis and reproducible research
- Experience with high-throughput molecular assays: NGS, flow cytometry, metabolomics, or proteomics
- Background in oncology or immunology with clinical trial data experience in drug development
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and scientific communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to derive biological insights from computational analysis of clinical or preclinical data
Compensation: $128,890–$179,601 base (varies by location)
