We are looking for a Shift Leader Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They set morale, coach team members, and open and close the store with minimal supervision. Shift Leaders ensure food and beverage quality and a safe, clean environment. Many of our General Managers started as Shift Leaders.
