Occupational Therapist (OT) Home Health – Full-Time Location: San Antonio, TX TheraCare is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for a Full‑Time home health opportunity providing in‑home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients throughout San Antonio and surrounding areas. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to provide one‑on‑one patient care in the home setting. Therapists create their own schedules while helping patients improve mobility, strength, safety, and overall independence in the comfort of their homes.
