Job Title

Responsibilities: Perform precise hand soldering to assemble and repair electronic components Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams Work with surface mount technology (SMT) components Use calipers, power tools, and other equipment for accurate measurements and cutting Apply mechanical skills to fabricate parts as needed Operate machinery for machining tasks as required Work with electrical systems, including logic controllers Ensure quality control standards are consistently met throughout the soldering process

Qualifications

Minimum of one year of professional hand soldering experience (There's a in-person Hand Soldering Skills test you must pass) Proven experience in electronics assembly and component soldering Familiarity with calipers, power tools, and basic machining equipment Knowledge of surface mount technology (SMT) components Ability to accurately read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams Mechanical aptitude for fabricating parts when necessary Understanding of electrical systems, including logic controllers
