Systems Implementation Analyst

Sterling Trading Tech (STT), a rapidly growing Chicago-based financial technology firm, is seeking a Systems Implementation Specialist to help drive deployment of our Trading Platforms, OMS, and Risk products. The candidate is expected to be a highly motivated individual who will be responsible for collaborating with development, sales, customer support and technical operations teams in a growing world‑class organization. Responsibilities Ensure business projects are executed effectively and efficiently from start to finish to meet organization goals and objectives Help coordinate projects that involve implementations for new and existing clients as well as internal software upgrades and integrations Work with and across all levels of the organization including sales, client support, client services, accounting, technology Accountable for project planning, execution, quality control and delivery of contracted services Help define and create tasks based on a thorough understanding of client contracts Drive effective communication and collaboration with clients, through direct contact and virtual meetings, including technical, development, and C‑Level resources Coordinate with Technical Operations, Infrastructure and Development teams to define and scope projects from start to finish Preferred qualifications for Systems Implementation Specialist BA preferred 2+ years implementation experience with demonstrated success delivering projects from start to finish. Fintech experience preferred Experience scoping projects with technical specifications including FIX protocol, clearing files, APIs Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with cross‑functional and remote teams, at all levels of the organization Sophisticated external facing communication skills Experience with JIRA beneficial Highly organized, attention to detail and a track record of successful delivery according to timelines High energy, self‑starter #J-18808-Ljbffr Sterling Trader
