Best Choice Roofing is seeking motivated individuals to join our team. This is an opportunity to build a high-earning career in a fast-growing industry, no prior roofing or sales experience required. We provide paid training and a proven system for success.

In this role, you'll help homeowners recover after storms by identifying roof damage and guiding them through the restoration process. We are actively hiring motivated individuals who want to build a long-term career and take control of their earnings.

Note: This is not a roofing installation position. Our production team handles all roof installations.

Key Responsibilities

Perform roof and exterior inspections following storm events
Document damage and present findings to homeowners
Generate leads through canvassing and referrals
Assist homeowners in navigating insurance claims
Obtain signed agreements for restoration services
Attend weekly team meetings and ongoing training

Qualifications

Strong communication skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders
Coachable and motivated to learn
