Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Tandym Health

A healthcare organization is seeking a Nurse Practitioner in Candor, NC to perform history and physicals in a high-volume clinical setting. This role focuses on delivering efficient patient assessments, documenting findings accurately, and identifying any abnormal findings or risk factors.

About the Opportunity:

Schedule: Wednesday, June 24 and Thursday, June 25
Hours: 5:30pm - 8:30pm (Weds) & 5am to 11am (Thurs)
Setting: In-person clinical event setting

Responsibilities:

Conduct history and physicals for patients in an event setting
Obtain comprehensive medical, surgical, family, and social histories
Perform thorough physical examinations in accordance with clinical guidelines
Document findings accurately in the designated system
Identify and escalate abnormal findings or risk factors

Qualifications:

Active Nurse Practitioner license
NPI number
Experience performing patient assessments and physical examinations
Ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment

Desired Skills:

Experience with history and physicals in an event or mobile health setting
Strong patient communication skills
Familiarity with virtual training sessions
