Finance Manager

Permanent Position: Finance Manager Naplesjetcenter is a leading private aviation company that provides exceptional services to its clients. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. Responsibilities Oversee and manage all financial aspects of the company Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to senior management Manage the budgeting and forecasting process Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws Manage the company's cash flow and make strategic financial decisions Oversee the preparation of tax returns and liaise with external auditors Develop and maintain relationships with banks and other financial institutions Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role Strong understanding of financial principles and practices Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Proven track record of managing budgets and forecasting Knowledge of accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Experience in the aviation industry is a plus We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
