Range - $23.00 -$28.00 per hour
Montville Public Schools is seeking a qualified and motivated Technology Support Specialist to join our Technology Department. This full-time, 12-month position provides technical support for staff and students across the district while helping to maintain and support our technology. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and experience supporting Apple devices in an educational environment. Key Qualifications

Montville Public Schools is seeking a qualified and motivated Technology Support Specialist to join our Technology Department. - Strong knowledge and experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms, including the deployment, management, and support of large iPad fleets.
- Extensive experience supporting Apple products , including iPads, MacBooks, and related applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with staff, students, and administrators.
- Experience in a K 12 educational environment is preferred.
- Provide day-to-day technical support for district staff and students.
- Manage and maintain the district's iPad fleet through MDM solutions.
- Support Apple devices and related technologies throughout the district.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
- Assist with technology deployments, upgrades, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with the Technology Department on district technology initiatives and projects.
- Perform additional duties as outlined in the full job description.
