Position Overview

As a FACE FOUNDRIÉ Skin Expert, you’ll be at the center of the guest experience, helping people feel confident, cared for, and excited about their skin. You’ll provide professional skincare services, share your product knowledge, and create personalized recommendations that help guests reach their skin goals.

What You’ll Do

• Create an amazing guest experience — Deliver standout customer service while bringing the FACE FOUNDRIÉ energy and brand standards to every interaction.

• Own your goals — Work toward and exceed individual and store sales goals. We’re a high-energy, goal-driven team that celebrates wins.

• Keep things moving — Manage appointments and assist the front desk with organization, urgency, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

• Be the expert — Educate guests on our services, memberships, and skincare products so they can find what works best for them.

• Make great recommendations — Confidently recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ retail products while creating a personalized experience for every guest.

• Jump in wherever needed — Support daily operations, front desk tasks, and the overall flow of the studio. No two days are exactly the same.

• Stay one step ahead — Keep an eye on inventory, communicate low-stock items, and help the team stay prepared and stocked.

• Keep it fresh — Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming studio and make sure our space always looks and feels on-brand.

• Be dependable — Follow company policies, procedures, scheduling, and timekeeping expectations. Showing up, being accountable, and following through matters.

• Keep growing — Show up for required training, team meetings, and ongoing education. We want people who are hungry to learn and get better.

• Put safety first — Follow all sanitation, hygiene, safety, and board compliance standards to keep our guests and team safe.

Who you are:

You’re a licensed esthetician who takes pride in your work, genuinely cares about people, and is motivated to grow both personally and professionally. You’re passionate about skincare and creating an exceptional guest experience—and you’re the kind of person who brings energy, initiative, and a strong work ethic to every shift.

You’re confident working independently while also being a supportive, collaborative team member. You enjoy building genuine relationships with guests, communicating with confidence, and helping each person feel cared for and confident in their skin.

You’re excited to continue learning and expanding your skills, whether that means performing advanced services like dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, and chemical peels or perfecting brows through waxing and tinting. You’re also comfortable recommending products and services when they’re truly beneficial to the guest and understand that great estheticians are both skilled service providers and trusted beauty advisors.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Hold an active state Esthetician License (or a Cosmetology License if permitted by state regulations)

• Are hardworking, dependable, motivated, and eager to grow

• Have a genuine passion for skincare, beauty, and making people feel their best

• Love connecting with guests and building lasting relationships

• Communicate clearly, professionally, and warmly

• Are comfortable taking initiative and working independently while contributing to a team

• Are eager to learn, develop your skills, and stay current in the beauty industry

• Have experience with dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, brow waxing, or brow tinting or are excited to learn

• Are comfortable with retail and service recommendations and see them as part of creating a complete guest experience

EFFECTIVE PAY

• Effective pay defined: The total wages inclusive of hourly pay, commissions, and gratuities (if applicable) divided by the total hours worked in that period.

• Effective pay can range from $15-35/hour based on individual sales.
