Key Responsibilities

• Implement therapeutic interventions, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, modalities like ultrasound or electrical stimulation, and progressive mobility exercises.
• Maintain meticulous patient records, including evaluations, treatment notes, discharge summaries, and billing documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Regularly assess the efficacy of treatment protocols implemented, making necessary adjustments to optimize patient progress and outcome.
• Supervise and mentor Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and support staff, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to established treatment goals.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to create cohesive patient care plans.
• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training to stay current with industry best practices and advancements in therapy modalities.
