What we’re looking for:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
• Valid Florida SLP License (or eligibility)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; SLP-CFY candidates welcome
• Experience within school or pediatric settings highly valued
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to thrive within a team and adapt to students’ unique needs

Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct speech/language therapy to elementary students
• Document student progress and collaborate with teachers and parents
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and school-based initiatives
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive atmosphere for students and staff
