Overview Entry‑level Data Center Cleaning Technician 1 – responsible for ensuring clean, safe, and well‑maintained environments that protect client critical infrastructure and support operational efficiency. Responsibilities Follow all safety rules and wear the required safety gear. Use tools and equipment correctly. Report any unsafe condition immediately. Remain prepared for emergencies (spills, fires, evacuation). Maintain a clean and organized work area. Complete tasks on time and with high quality. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Obtain an OSHA10 safety certificate within six months of starting. Qualifications At least 18 years old. Read and speak English at a grade5 level. Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Pass a background check and drug test. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Depends on attendance and punctuality. Notify supervisor in advance of absences. Flexible with changes in schedule. Follow detailed instructions accurately. Lift up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods. Willingness to travel and stay overnight when required. Physical Demands Regularly required to talk or hear. Walk, stand, and sit for prolonged periods. Stoop, bend, kneel, climb, reach, twist, grasp, and perform repetitive hand movements. Work from ladders or vertical lifts; lift/carry items up to 50lbs; push or pull heavy loads; operate assigned equipment and vehicles.
