Join Our Occupational Therapy Team in Vancouver, Washington

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our healthcare team in Vancouver, Washington. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients with various physical, cognitive, and emotional needs, developing customized treatment plans to help them regain independence and improve their quality of life. You will be an integral part of a team committed to enhancing the well-being of every patient.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functions
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to patients' goals and needs
• Provide hands-on therapy and interventions to improve motor skills, daily living activities, and cognitive function
• Track patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal recovery
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and long-term recovery strategies
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to deliver coordinated and holistic care
• Maintain accurate patient records and comply with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in Washington
• In-depth knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and interventions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Flexibility to work with a diverse patient population, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
