Security Field Supervisor (3rd Shift)

Field Supervisor Location: Louisville KY Area Responsibilities The Security Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of security officers assigned to multiple client sites. The field supervisor ensures that security personnel perform their duties professionally, comply with company policies and client expectations, and maintain a safe and secure environment. The Field Supervisor conducts site inspections, responds to incidents, provides coaching and training, and serves as the primary liaison between management, clients, and field staff. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for candidates without experience. Certifications: Security Officer License (where applicable), CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred). Skills: Strong observational and problem-solving skills; ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively to emergency situations; excellent verbal and written communication; proficiency with security systems, cameras, and basic office technology (email, Microsoft Office). Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for long periods. Driving Eligibility: Posts requiring operation of a company vehicle are available only to those over the age of 25 with a screened motor vehicle record. Requirements High school diploma or GED.
