Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic practices to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to understand each client's mental health status and develop customized treatment plans aimed at achieving measurable outcomes.
• Engage in regular collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and healthcare providers, ensuring well-rounded and comprehensive care for each client.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client progress, treatment interventions, and any changing needs, using our electronic health record system to maintain effective communication among team members.
• Stay informed on the latest research, best practices, and advancements in mental health therapy through ongoing education and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will have the privilege of working with a diverse clientele that includes individuals from various backgrounds experiencing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications

• A Master's degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
• Active state licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing mental health counseling in a clinical setting.
• Strong skills in communication, rapport building, and empathy, with the ability to establish therapeutic relationships with clients swiftly.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with a broad spectrum of mental health concerns that affect diverse populations.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
• Previous participation in continuous education programs or workshops related to mental health best practices.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary within the range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
