Requirements: * Strong marketing skills with experience conducting outside marketing (familiar with Panama City market) * Enthusiastic, Out-going and Professional * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & work weekends * Self-motivated, with a positive attitude * Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leasing/marketing skills * Advanced working knowledge of social media outlets (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, blogs) * Enjoys planning & hosting resident social events * Superior customer service skills * Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license We offer a competitive salary with leasing commission and bonuses, Associate Recognition Programs, and outstanding benefits.
