Home Health Nursing Services

Nurses are the backbone of Prime Home Care. Our skilled nurses provide compassionate, high-quality care that enables patients to recover in the comfort of their own homes. Our mission is to help patients maintain their independence while reducing unnecessary hospitalizations and emergency room visits.

Our team of nurses and healthcare practitioners works closely with patients and their families during periods of illness and recovery. Together, we collaborate on individualized plans of care that bring the right services directly into the home.

Qualifications

• Current Nebraska RN or LPN license in good standing
• DD Waiver experience preferred
• Ability to pass a background check (criminal history, APS/CPS)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Physically able to assist with transfers and lift 50+ lbs
