THE POSITION: HOST KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Greet all Smith guests by being attentive to them as soon as they walk through the door Create a welcome environment for guests, and when appropriate, refer to guests by their names. Say yes! Always try to find ways to accommodate a request. Guide guests to their tables with menus. Manage the floor plan and pay special attention to reservations and ensure they are seated in a timely manner. Clean, organize, and stock menus at the host area. Answer phone calls and answer questions concerning the menu and the restaurant. Observe the entire dining experience, ensuring that every moment exceeds expectations WHAT MAKES YOU GREAT: (QUALIFICATIONS) You exemplify the highest standards of honesty and integrity.
