Accounting Advisory Manager Seattle, Washington | Remote | Full-Time

Henderson Drake is working with a growing accounting advisory practice that supports some genuinely interesting clients across the US, from high-growth private businesses and PE-backed organisations through to public companies dealing with complex reporting and accounting challenges.

This is a role for someone who enjoys getting into the technical detail, takes ownership of their engagements, and is comfortable being the person clients rely on when things get complicated.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading advisory engagements across technical accounting and financial reporting matters
• Supporting clients through transactions including acquisitions, carve-outs, IPO readiness, and restructuring
• Providing guidance on US GAAP, SEC reporting, and other complex accounting areas
• Preparing and reviewing technical accounting memos and client deliverables
• Serving as the key day-to-day contact across clients, auditors, and internal stakeholders

What You'll Bring

• 4+ years in public accounting, accounting advisory, or transaction services
• CPA qualification required
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting knowledge
• Experience engaging directly with senior finance stakeholders in client-facing settings
• Ability to manage multiple engagements without dropping the ball on any of them
• Clear communicator with strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
