Join a large multispecialty clinic with experienced physicians, dedicated clinical support, and the ability to shape your schedule around the way you want to practice.

Position Highlights

Desirable Practice Setting: 100% outpatient Internal Medicine within a large, collaborative multispecialty clinic
Work/Life Balance: Flexible 4 or 5 day workweek with schedule autonomy aligned to your desired FTE
Optimal Patient Volume: 17–22 patients per day allowing for quality-focused, efficient care
Culture & Support: 1:1 MA or LPN support with strong specialist access and streamlined workflows

Compensation & Benefits

$365K+ First Year Earning Potential
Additional upside through ongoing production and quality incentives

Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
Seeking graduating residents for 2028
