What You'll Do
- Assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle while providing an exceptional buying experience
- Build relationships with customer and follow up to ensure satisfaction and referrals
- Stay up to date on vehicle features, promotions, and market trends
- Work closely with our sales team and managers to meet and exceed sales goals
- Navigate a structured CRM to locate potential missed opportunities
- Directly working along side sales consultants with the customer to Maximize opportunities for sales
What We're Looking For
- A valid driver's license and good driving record
- Previous auto sales experience is a plus but is not required - we provide training
- A positive, self-motivated attitude and strong communication skills
- The desire to earn top income and build a long-term career in automotive sales
