Living by these virtues, we pride ourselves on exceptional service and the highest quality of care.Lead RN Karcher Clinic Full Time DaysWe are looking to hire a Lead Practice Nurse in Nampa at our Karcher Family Medicine and Urgent Care clinic! The clinic is located at 11035 West Karcher Road and provides convenient care to close to home for west Nampa residents and surrounding communities. The teamwork, mutual respect, and willingness to help one another foster a genuine sense of belonging and make our clinic a rewarding place to work every day!In this role, you will provide clinical leadership and support within the clinic and throughout the network. This is also considered a working RN position, meaning you will still provide some patient care, including Triage, working alongside clinic staff.Typical days include coordination of all back office staff and acting as liaison between support staff, physician and clinic managers/administrators. You will conduct routine staff meetings, scheduling, clinical competencies, staff education, etc. and be responsible for Joint Commission, OSHA, CLIA and State radiological safety standards as well as any other local, state or federal mandates.
