Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser / Order Writer

Job Overview Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking at Mondelēz International. We are looking for a Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser / Order Writer to manage merchandising needs for our customers, including stocking shelves, maintaining displays, and ensuring brand presence in stores. Responsibilities Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays. Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing photos of displays at assigned stores. Ensure leading Nabisco brands (Oreo, Ritz, BelVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained per Mondelēz’ guidelines. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate any issues with the management team. Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service. Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches. Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store. Key Requirements Minimum age of 18 with a valid driver’s license from the state of residence. Self‑motivated with a positive and professional attitude, capable of working independently. Ability to drive a personal vehicle to multiple store locations (mileage reimbursed). Comfortable using work‑related applications on a personal device. Physical ability to lift repetitive loads up to 25 pounds and occasionally push or pull up to 50 pounds, and to move products from stock rooms to store floors. Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus. Live within 25 miles of the primary location in Cody, WY (secondary location: Powell, WY). Schedule availability: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday (schedule may change based on business needs); holidays as needed. Schedule and Compensation Hourly compensation ranges from $16.00 to $17.00 based on experience.
