You'll work directly with customers who visit our retail location, helping individuals and families explore health insurance options that fit their needs.

What You'll Do

As an Experienced Sales Professional, you'll take ownership of the customer experience from the initial conversation through enrollment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcome and engage customers who visit the retail location.

• Conduct thoughtful needs assessments to understand individual and family coverage needs.

• Educate customers about available health insurance options in a clear and easy-to-understand way.

• Recommend solutions based on each customer's needs and circumstances.

• Present coverage options and confidently address questions and objections.

• Guide customers through the application and enrollment process.

• Follow up with customers and build long-term relationships.

• Work toward and exceed individual and team sales goals.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales information.

• Stay current on products, services, and industry developments.

• Collaborate with teammates and contribute to a positive, customer-focused sales environment.

Earning Potential

This is a commission-based sales opportunity with significant earning potential.

Expected annual earnings: $60,000–$300,000

Your income is directly connected to your sales performance, giving experienced producers the opportunity to grow their earnings as they build their customer base and close business.
