Guardian Angel Senior Services is looking for compassionate, dependable, and caring Homemakers, PCs, HHAs, and CNAs to join our team and provide quality in-home care to seniors throughout Northampton and the surrounding communities .

Whether you're an experienced caregiver or ready to start a rewarding career in home care, this is your opportunity to help someone live safely and independently in the comfort of their own home.

$18.00 TO $20.00 PER HOUR

Pay is based on experience, skills, certifications, and qualifications.

$250 SIGN ON BONUS

Qualified new caregivers can earn a $250 sign on bonus after completing their first 90 days.

To qualify, you must:

• Work at least 20 hours per week

• Have no unexcused absences during your first 90 days

YOUR WORK MATTERS

As an in-home caregiver, you will help older adults remain safe, comfortable, independent, and connected in their own homes.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care

• Providing friendly companionship and emotional encouragement

• Preparing meals based on clients' preferences and dietary needs

• Helping with light housekeeping and laundry

• Running essential errands when needed

• Offering medication reminders

• Observing clients and reporting changes to the appropriate supervisor

• Helping clients maintain a safe and comfortable home

• Providing respectful and compassionate care

WHAT YOU NEED

We're looking for caregivers who are:

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

• Professional and respectful

• Able to communicate clearly in English

• Strong with time management and organization

• Committed to client safety and confidentiality

• Able to provide reliable transportation

• HHA or CNA certification is welcome when applicable
