Job Description The Order Coordinator coordinates inbound/outbound shipments based on customer demands and priorities. Position requires experience in a multiclient facility Coordinating between Operations and Client Services. YOUR TASKS Coordinates the movement of material in and out of warehouse upon direction of Operations & Client SLAs Performs routine data input related to warehouse inbound and outbound moves. Must enter all pertinent information into systems of record: SAP/TFS (Think fulfillment System) Identifies any shortages, overages, etc. Completes daily operations reports. Fast, efficient, and accurate warehouse administrative work required. Communication with customers, warehouse associates, drivers and leadership Follows all workplace processes and standards in support of the ISO-9001 Quality certification. Qualifications Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing Problem Solving; Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner Responds promptly to customer needs whether external and or internal Dependability-Is consistently at work and on time Follows instructions Responds to management direction High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred Additional Information Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Disability Pay. 401(k) with company matching up to 6%.
