What You’ll Do Consultative selling: Generate and convert leads for auto, home, life and small‑business lines; uncover needs and recommend coverage that truly protects clients. Relationship building: Make 60–80 outbound calls/follow‑ups daily; host in‑office or virtual appointments; nurture referral and community networks. Pipeline ownership: Track conversations in CRM, set next steps, and move prospects from quote to close with urgency and empathy. Client onboarding: Deliver seamless, policy‑accurate hand‑offs to service team and celebrate new customers with a "wow" experience. Community presence: Represent the agency at local events, charity drives, and networking groups—living the "good neighbor" promise.
