Job Description Our warehouse Leads are assigned to a specific area which is production based and fast paced. The ideal candidate should possess a good work ethic, be dependable, pay attention to detail and have a background in managing people and time preferably in a warehouse setting. Knowledge of WMS and RF scanners are necessary. Applicants should be aware because we are in a warehouse being able to work with the elements of extreme heat and cold are necessary. Job Details Location: Memphis, TN Job Level: Management Salary: $$$ Employment Type: Full-Time Posted: April 1, 2021 Job Duties Must be able to read and follow written and verbal instructions Assign duties to employees they supervise Check and follow up to ensure assignments are being completed in a timely and accurate manner Maintain daily production and packing records Ensure work area is clean, maintained, and always organized Monitor picking process so everyone is following procedure Assign pick transactions Make sure all package documents are maintained and processed per procedures Maintain attendance records on employees Keep Operations Manager aware of any situations which may arise Make sure all employees follow policies and procedures Make upper management aware of any safety concerns Knowledge and Skills Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 3:45 pm Starting pay is 15.00 per hour plus incentives Paid weekly #J-18808-Ljbffr
