If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Business Analyst - Claims to join our team in McKinney, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).Role SummarySeeking a Business Analyst - Claims to support a claims transformation initiative, including documenting current-state processes, assisting with future-state design, and coordinating system configuration activities with the selected claims platform vendor.Key ResponsibilitiesDocument current-state claims processes, workflows, and business requirements.Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders.Support process redesign and future-state workflows.Coordinate with the claims system vendor on configuration, testing, and implementation activities.Track requirements, decisions, issues, and project deliverables.Assist with user acceptance testing and business readiness activities.Qualifications10+ years of Business Analyst experience, with insurance claims operations.Experience documenting business processes and requirements.Strong facilitation, communication, and organizational skills.Experience supporting system implementations is preferred.Technical knowledge is helpful but not required.NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is $117,600.00 to $196,000.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
