Overview
Staffing Assistant Denver Metro Area Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM $22.00/hour Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
Are you someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and keeping multiple priorities moving at once? We are seeking a Staffing Assistant to join our team in the Denver Metro area. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative work and customer service and can balance detailed tasks while supporting applicants, teammates, and clients throughout the day.
What You'll Do
- Assist with payroll processing and data entry
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
- Answer phones and greet applicants and visitors
- Assist candidates through the application and onboarding process
- Schedule interviews and communicate with applicants
- Support recruiting and branch operations
- Respond to emails and follow up on tasks in a timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to teammates, applicants, and clients
Skills and Experience

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
- Previous administrative, office, staffing, payroll, recruiting, or customer service experience preferred
