We are currently seeking experienced Truck Drivers to join our field operations team. In this role, you will play a key part in keeping our projects running smoothly by safely transporting equipment, materials, and water to job sites while supporting crews in the field as needed.

What You'll Do

• Ensure project safety and health is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and procedures, including client standards and requirements
• Operate a water truck safely and efficiently to support dust control and site needs across active construction projects
• Haul small equipment and materials for delivery to job sites, ensuring loads are properly secured and transported in compliance with DOT regulations
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs promptly
• Assist general laborers and equipment operators as needed during construction activities
• Maintain accurate trip logs, delivery records, and documentation as required by project and regulatory standards
• Utilize proper PPE for all activities and maintain a clean, professional presence on the job site
• Travel to extended project assignments as required (travel compensation available for qualifying assignments)

What You'll Bring

• Current valid Class A CDL driver's license with a clean driving record
• 2+ years of commercial driving experience, preferably in a construction or heavy civil environment
• Working knowledge of DOT regulations and Hours of Service requirements
• Ability to safely operate water trucks and haul equipment on varied terrain and job site conditions
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a field crew
• Ability to travel for extended project assignments
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test, background check, and physical
