Work Environment\nThis LCSW position involves remote work with a supportive outpatient office setting. You will collaborate with a dynamic team dedicated to helping clients navigate their mental health journeys. Remote technologies will be utilized for therapy sessions, team meetings, and case consultations, ensuring connectivity and collaboration while serving our diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, both via telehealth platforms and in community settings. \n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to enhance service delivery, focusing on common team goals, and maintaining a spirit of teamwork and respect. \n
- Engage effectively with clients from various cultural backgrounds, demonstrating sensitivity to their unique traditions and beliefs. \n

- Continuously develop clinical skills and participate in ongoing training to improve service delivery and outcomes for clients. \n
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and crisis interventions as necessary, ensuring client safety and effective emergency response. \n
- Create comprehensive integrated care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and providers, linking them with necessary services. \n
- Deliver focused intervention services spanning brief therapy and preventive care tailored to individual client needs. \n
- Manage a caseload encompassing assessments, group, and family therapy sessions while meeting treatment goals focused on clients' identified challenges. \n
- Coordinate and participate in quality improvement initiatives and committees to enhance service delivery methods agency-wide. \n
The Clinical Social Worker will primarily focus on serving clients from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, particularly those who are underserved. Your role is pivotal in facilitating access to needed mental health services, promoting health management, and empowering clients on their recovery journeys.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required. \n
- Must hold valid LCSW licensure in the state of California. \n
- A strong foundational knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment modalities for mental health disorders. \n
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for documenting and articulating treatment plans and progress reports. \n
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. \n
- Demonstrated capability to work with diverse populations, addressing age-related or specialty issues effectively. \n

- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed clinician is preferred, with a proven track record of impactful client care. \n
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a highly preferred asset that will enhance our service delivery. \n
The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including:
