We are actively seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for a well-established skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Schenectady, NY.

Job Function:

• Mid Shift and Night Shift.
• 3pm-11pm,11pm-7am or 7pm-7am.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Support physicians and interdisciplinary team members with procedures
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health management
• Collaborate with clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Job Requirements:

Job Requirements:

• Active RN license in NYS
• 1+ year of RN experience, pediatrics preferred
• Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, ventilator care, or pediatrics is a plus
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
