Job Summary and Responsibilities Physiatrist (PM&R) – Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican, Santa Cruz, CA As our Physiatrist (PM&R), you will join the physician‑led team at Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican. You will be the sole practice in the area treating General Rehabilitation patients, providing both office and hospital‑based care in a vibrant, coastal community. You will manage a mixed practice that includes a 20‑bed, CARF‑certified Acute Rehabilitation Unit and a busy consult service. In this role you will have a collegial and autonomous environment, working alongside well‑respected physicians, APPs, and dedicated medical assistant support. You will also precept advanced practice providers and future residents, contributing to education and professional growth. Our compensation package includes a $325,000 annual salary guarantee plus productivity incentives, a sign‑on bonus, relocation assistance, a CME allowance, and health insurance, 401(k) with match, and more. Job Requirements Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution Board certification or eligibility in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Active or eligible license in the state of California Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment Where You'll Work Dominican Hospital is a premier facility recognized for excellence in neurological, orthopedic, and cardiac services.
