Senior Counsel, Corporate & M&A — Strategic Deals

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP) is seeking a Senior Counsel – Corporate/M&A to act as a trusted legal advisor to ADP’s business leaders, supporting investment activity, corporate development, and regulatory compliance.
The role is based in Roseland, NJ, with a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote). The ideal candidate will bring at least six years of M&A experience, NJ bar admission, and a JD.
