Our office is conveniently located at W. Cummings Park between Route 93 and Route 95. An ideal candidate will be independently licensed in MA and able to supervise pre-licensed clinicians working toward licensure. They will align with our person-centered philosophy rooted in core values of acceptance, empathy, and authenticity, and will share our passion for improving access to quality mental health services for all. Proudly founded on the principle of destigmatizing mental health, we are seeking individuals in pursuit of overcoming obstacles still wedged in between behavioral health systems and those in need.Responsibilities include:Conducting initial clinical assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, completing ongoing documentation including, but not limited to, treatment plan reviews, and case notesProviding excellent customer service for clients and collaborating with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our communityMaintaining a part-time caseload of clientsAttending and participating in all clinical staff meetings and in-service trainingsProviding supervision as needed to master's degree clinicians seeking licensureAssisting with administrative duties as determined by Regional Clinic DirectorCredentialing requirements include:Candidates are required to have a master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and have licensure in their designated fieldCandidates will hold clinical licensure (LMHC, LICSW, Ph.D, Psy.D). and be able to provide supervision for clinicians seeking licensureCandidates should have effective written and verbal communication skillsCandidates should be able to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clientsAbility to work within a multi-cultural lensProficiency in Electronic Health Record systemsCandidates with interest in treating children and families is a plusBilingual candidates are a plusFlexible work from home options available.Compensation: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per yearDon't meet every requirement?
