We have (1) on 2nd Shift and (2) on 3rd shift. Key Responsibilities Electrical troubleshooting — Diagnose issues with motors, control panels, wiring, sensors, PLC‐controlled equipment, and other electrical components. Preventive maintenance — Perform routine inspections, testing, and servicing of electrical systems to prevent breakdowns. Equipment repair — Repair or replace faulty components such as motors, drives, relays, switches, and circuit breakers. Machine installation — Assist with installing new equipment, running conduit, pulling wire, and connecting power/control systems. Safety compliance — Follow all electrical codes, lockout/tagout procedures, and company safety policies. Documentation — Record maintenance activities, parts used, and equipment status in the CMMS or maintenance logs. Collaboration — Work with production, engineering, and other maintenance staff to resolve equipment issues quickly. Required Skills & Qualifications Electrical knowledge — Understanding of AC/DC circuits, motors, controls, sensors, and industrial wiring. Blueprint reading — Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals. Troubleshooting ability — Strong diagnostic skills for identifying root causes of equipment failures. Tool proficiency — Experience using multimeters, megohm meters, hand tools, and power tools. Safety awareness — Knowledge of OSHA and NFPA 70E safety practices. Experience level — Typically 2+ years in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
