Overview : Seeking an experienced SAP Finance Consultan t to support a finance transformation at a global professional services firm. Focus areas include Universal Journal (UJ), Intercompany Matching & Reconciliation (ICMR), and Journal Entry (JE) workflows in S/4HANA.
8+ years SAP FI/CO with S/4HANA (Universal Journal, ICMR, JE workflows), strong configuration & finance process expertise, professional services industry experience, and excellent stakeholder engagement skills.

8+ years SAP FI/CO with S/4HANA (Universal Journal, ICMR, JE workflows), strong configuration & finance process expertise, professional services industry experience, and excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead workshops to assess and design SAP Finance processes.
- Configure Universal Journal (ACDOCA) for integrated reporting.
- Design and implement ICMR processes (data sources, rules, tolerances).
- Enhance JE workflows (controls, approvals, automation).
- Partner with finance leaders on close, consolidation, and compliance.
- Support testing and deployment with technical teams.
- Advise on best practices for project-based finance (billing, allocations, intercompany).
- 8+ years in SAP FI/CO; hands-on S/4HANA (UJ, ICMR, JE workflows).
- Experience in professional services (legal, consulting, IT, etc.).
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into SAP configuration.
- Exposure to Group Reporting / Consolidation in S/4HANA.
- ICMR experience in Central Finance environments.
- Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
- Background in global finance transformation programs.
