The Mason Automotive Group is seeking a self-motivated Sales, Marketing & Leasing Specialist who thrives in a performance-based atmosphere. This role offers leadership opportunities and growth potential for future consideration within the company. The ideal candidate will be able to work professionally while delivering world-class sales experiences to clients. They must also be capable of training and maintaining compliance with all General Motors required testing standards.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a book of business effectively, ensuring customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Create new business opportunities through social media engagement and leveraging personal social circles.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to offer clients a world-class sales experience.
  • Conduct training sessions and uphold all General Motors compliance and testing requirements.
  • Contribute actively to a team-oriented and professional work environment.
Requirements
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to perform in a results-based environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
  • Leadership capability with potential for career growth within the company.
  • Ability to maintain and grow a personal book of business.
  • Experience or ability to create business through social media platforms and social connections.
  • Ability to pass and uphold all General Motors required testing and compliance standards.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation: $40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year, paid weekly.
