Grinder
National Pipe & Plastics, one of the largest PVC pipe producers in North America, is currently seeking a grinder. The grinder is responsible for processing product into regrind.
Job Responsibilities
- Keeps area clean at all times
- Prepares scrap pipe by cleaning, removing gaskets, banding and wood.
- Operates and maintains grinder equipment
- Completes grinder paperwork
- Inventories scrap pipe and regrind
- Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with management, and colleagues
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Forklift experience
