Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Product Delivery Manager on behalf of our client in Jersey City, NJ. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with expertise in product delivery, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. The successful candidate will lead strategic initiatives, manage product lifecycles, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure the successful delivery of technology-driven solutions in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product delivery initiatives from planning through execution and release.

• Develop project plans, work breakdown structures, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.

• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.

• Drive product roadmap development, backlog management, and prioritization efforts.

• Facilitate collaboration across business, technology, operations, and user experience teams.

• Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, status updates, and stakeholder communications.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial tracking, and business case development.

• Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies to optimize project outcomes.

• Coordinate change readiness and adoption activities to support successful implementation.

• Monitor delivery performance and identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Delivery, Program Management, or a related discipline.

• Strong understanding of the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) and Agile delivery methodologies.

• Proven experience managing product discovery, requirements gathering, roadmap planning, and release execution.

• Experience with project estimation, resource planning, scheduling, and delivery management.

• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships across complex, matrixed organizations.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

• Experience preparing executive communications and presenting to senior leadership.

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data-driven decision-making.

• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise technology products and large-scale business initiatives.

• Knowledge of workplace technology, workplace experience, or smart building solutions.

• Experience supporting organizational change management and business transformation programs.

• Familiarity with Generative AI tools and emerging technology trends.

• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive strategic outcomes.
